Over at SignalStuff, there's a new directory of Radio Models intended to help with handheld transceiver identification and antenna compatibility. Since I've got a small stable of HTs and a desire for another blog post, here are my entries for the database.
First up, the easy IC-W32A that's a classic just-a-BNC rig.

| IC-W32A top view, BNC female |
Next is the KG-UV8T, a special tri-band variant of this Wouxun rig sold by Powerwerx.

 |
| KG-UV8T top view, protruding SMA female |
Third, in alphabetical order, is the TH-350 that has been my go-to for tri-band FM QSOs on portable operations.
 |
| TH-350 front view with stock antenna |
 |
| TH-350 top view, partially protruding SMA female |
Over the middle of the pack is an early UV-5R+ that I probably should reprogram and give away, but otherwise sits in a dusty box.
 |
| UV-5R+ front view with antenna |
 |
| UV-5R+ top view, recessed SMA male |
Penultimate in the post is the now common UV-K5 (that I still haven't hacked on).

 |
| UV-K5 top view, recessed SMA male |
Finally, there is my first radio, the VX-2R in its miniature glory.

If you have radios, common or niche, they could be a valuable addition to this database. Take a look at what's listed and see if you want to add your images.
